Terms of Use

These terms apply to your use of the Y.KASH Food Product Trading ordering system ("the system"), including the online shop and your account. By setting a password and using your account, you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use the system and contact the store instead.

1. Your account

• Accounts are created by the store. You set your own password from the invite we email you.
• Keep your password private. You are responsible for orders placed from your account. Tell the store right away if you think someone else has used it.
• Keep your name, phone number and address up to date so we can contact you and deliver your orders.
• The store may deactivate an account that is misused, used for fraud, or left with unpaid balances. Your past orders and records are kept.

2. Products, prices and stock

• Products are sold by weight (per kilogram) unless shown otherwise. Prices and stock shown in the shop can change at any time.
• The price of your order is the price the system shows when you place it. If a price or quantity was shown by mistake, the store may correct it or cancel the order and will tell you.
• Placing an order doesn't guarantee stock. The store confirms the order and may cancel it, or part of it, if an item runs out.
• Actual weights can differ slightly from the amount ordered. The final amount follows the weight delivered.

3. Orders and cancellation

• You may cancel your own order from My Orders while it is still Pending. After the store has started processing it, contact the store to ask for a cancellation.
• The store may cancel an order, with a reason, for example when stock runs out, payment can't be confirmed or the delivery address can't be reached.
• Orders are never deleted. Cancelled orders stay in your history.

4. Payment

• You can pay by Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer or G-Cash, as offered at checkout.
• For Bank Transfer and G-Cash, the order is treated as unpaid until the store confirms the payment.
• Any balance the store allows you to carry on credit must be settled within the terms agreed with the store. The store may hold new orders until it is paid.

5. Delivery and returns

• Delivery schedules and fees are arranged with the store. Please check your items when you receive them.
• Because these are food products, report damaged, spoiled or wrong items to the store as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery, so it can replace them or adjust your bill.

6. Acceptable use

Don't try to get into other people's accounts or parts of the system you weren't given, interfere with how it works, place fake orders, or copy its content for other uses. The store may log activity and block access to protect the system and other customers.

7. Availability and liability

We try to keep the system available and accurate, but it may sometimes be down for maintenance or have errors. To the extent the law allows, the store isn't liable for indirect losses from using or not being able to use the system. Nothing in these terms takes away your rights under Philippine consumer protection laws, such as the Consumer Act (RA 7394) and the Internet Transactions Act (RA 11967).

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version. When there are important changes, we'll ask you to agree again the next time you set or reset your password, and continuing to use the system after that means you accept them.
